I got a forward in my e-mail the other day that talked about the correlation between breast cancer and dairy.  It talked about how women in China have a lot lower incidence of breast cancer and the researcher was making the point that in traditional Chinese culture that they don't eat hardly any dairy.  I am just curious about what the rest of you think about this idea becaue it was totally new to me.  I eat a ton of cheeses, yogurts, etc and I have been stressing a little everytime I take a bite of my, what used to be delicious, dairy products.

A test or an examination is an assessment intended to measure a test-taker's knowledge, skill, aptitude, physical fitness, or classification in many other topics. A test may be administered orally, on paper, on a computer, or in a confined area that requires a test taker to physically perform a set of skills. Tests vary in style, rigor and requirements.

I've heard similar things. The use of both dairy and the processed foods are increasing in China and Japan, and unfortunately there is a striking correlation to the increase in cancers.
